A message dated July 25, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

      HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20                                                                                             
      Urging the President of the United States and the United States                                                           
      Congress to repeal the excise tax on medical devices.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
      Legislative Resolve No. 47
